Delete your account
You can delete your GymBuddy account and all of its data yourself, right in the app. It happens immediately and can't be undone.

In the app
- Open GymBuddy and go to Settings.
- Tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account (email and password), profile, username and profile photo
- Body data: height, weight and weight history
- Workouts, sets and personal records
- Meals and water
- Programs, plans and custom exercises
- Friends and friend requests
- Congratulations, nudges and challenges
- Snaps you sent and their files
- Push notification tokens and AI usage
Your data is removed from our live systems immediately. Copies in our hosting provider's encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
Can't open the app?
Email us from the address of your GymBuddy account with the subject Delete my account. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account and all of its data within 30 days.
